Expert Answers about Kia Propane Accessories

  • Can you Connect Two Accessories to the Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for POL Valve Fittings
  • On the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for POL Valve part # 103537-MBS it does provide two connection points for accessories to be used. I see the confusion in the wording though. It will connect directly between the on board propane tank and the gas lines on your RV. You can then attach your fire pit and grill and have what sounds like a heck of a time in a very nice coach!

  • Can Quick Disconnect Propane Fittings Be Used Before The Regulator
  • The extend-a-stay tees just let you connect an external tank to fuel your RV's propane system so that you don't have to pack up and go get the onboard ASME tank refilled. Quick disconnect fittings are totally fine before the regulator and we actually even offer a version that has two quick disconnect fittings on it, part # 103537-MBS. With the ASME tank valve turned on the fittings can be used to fuel propane accessories, and with it off you can then connect an external tank to fuel your...

  • Yes the Camco Brass Propane Tee w/ 4 Ports, 5' Long Supply Hose, and 12' Long Extension Hose part # CAM59123 can easily be added to your 5th wheel camper. It works with both the Type 1 fitting most common on newer propane tanks that thread on the outside of the tank and the POL which is found on older tanks and thread inside the tank. A POL fitting has left hand threads by the way. It will also allow you to connect multiple different accessories with out the need to bring along extra propane...

  • How To Hook Up a Coleman Road Trip Grill to a Quick Disconnect Port On Trailer
  • Correct, in order to attach a propane accessory to the quick disconnect port on a trailer that accessory must be unregulated as the quick disconnect ports on trailers are already run through the main propane regulator. If the propane grill has a built-in regulator which most do then you will need to tee into the propane supply before it reaches the regulator with the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting part # 103613-MBS. The MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Hose for Small Appliance part...

  • How To Hook Up 100 Propane Tank to Dual Fuel Generator
  • A 100 lb propane tank will use a POL fitting so you can attach a regulator like the MB Sturgis Single Stage Propane Regulator part # 108072 using the MB Sturgis POL Propane Tank Connector Fitting part # 204051-MBS. Then, all you need is a hose to go from the other side of the regulator to the accessory. I don't know how long of a hose you need or what size fitting the accessory uses but what I can tell you is that one end will need to have a 1/4" NPT to thread into the regulator. It looks...

  • Picking Out Regulator to Use with Gas Range and 100 lb Propane Tank
  • Nearly all propane accessories like the range you have require LP or low pressure propane which is 11 inches of water column and what the regulator part # CAM59013 that you mentioned. I can't say for certain though as you'd have to check the range to be certain, but I would be surprised if it called for a different propane pressure.

  • What is the Difference in the Camco and the MB Sturgis Propane T Connector
  • Of the two options the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for POL Valve part # 103537-MBS has two of the 250 quick disconnects which you will find on a ton of RV accessories. The Camco Brass Propane Tee w/ 4 Ports part # CAM59113 has a 1"-20 Male throwaway cylinder thread lets you attach a hose and a 1/4" Inverted flare for connecting a propane line. • Should Two Propane Tanks Feed RV Accessories at One Time
  • Since propane appliances like heaters require low pressure propane there's not really an advantage to having both tanks feed appliances at the same time. Best option is an automatic changeover like the part # CAM59005 which will use one tank until it is empty and then switch over to the other. The pressure is reduced so much for LP that there really isn't a reason to ever need two tanks to feed one line.

  • 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks on 2017 Intech Adventure Series Trailer
  • Photos do help identify your propane setup's requirements but since your Intech A-frame toy hauler appears to use a standard 20-lb propane tank you will probably be fine using Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # CAM59005 along with your second tank. It automatically switches to the full tank when the other is empty, and you can remove the empty cylinder without interrupting propane supply. Please refer to the linked video for more on this item. • Can Two Accessories Be Hooked Up To Quick Disconnect Port On Side Of Trailer At Same Time
  • I do have an option for you but the quick-disconnect ports on the sides of trailers can only be used with accessories without built-in regulators. The majority of stoves and grills have these built-in regulators so the port on the side of the trailer is not an option. I not aware of any quick-disconnect tee's like you described anyhow. Instead, I recommend using the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting part # 103537-MBS with the Propane Adapter Fitting part # 37207-30125 which will splice...

  • Troubleshooting No Propane Coming From Quick Connect on 2013 Keystone Sprinter 252FWRLS
  • The quick connect is designed to have propane come out and is fed from the main propane tanks on your 2014 Keystone Sprinter. Check for a small lever on the side of the connection that needs to be flipped down so it is in-line to allow the propane to flow. If you already did this, it could be that you hooked up an appliance that has its own regulator. The propane is already flowing through the regulator on your 5th wheel, so if it is double regulated you won't have enough pressure to...
